Follow the step by step instructions to create an EZ-Mailer
- Download a template below.
- EZMailerTemplate.eps (EPS - Illustrator CS2, 206KB)
- EZMailerTemplate.pdf (PDF, 112KB)
- EZMailerTemplate.ai (Illustrator CS2, 61KB)
- Place template into layout program (InDesign, Quark, etc.)
- Design your file within the template. Place static elements of design within guidelines of EZ Mailer Template.
- Insert uniquely colored place holders for variable data elements (i.e. picture box, brackets for text changes, barcodes etc.) Any barcoding for process control will be added by Andrews CT i.e. for mail confirmation, etc.
- When submitting your file to Andrews CT, please be sure to include data table that will populate the fields in your template.
