For non-secure file transfer from a PC:
- Click HERE.
- Drag file from your desktop and drop on browser window.
- Click BACK button.
- Call prepress department at 860.649.5570 (answered 24x7) and identify what job the files are for, or send email to andrewsctprepress@rrd.com.
For non-secure file transfer from a Macintosh:
- Use Fetch or similar program to send files.
- Enter this information into the standard "Fetch" dialog box to access our general FTP directory:

Initial directory: Drop_Off
